Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and brings over five years of practical experience in the heavy construction industry. With a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful outcomes. Patrick is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest standards of quality in every project undertaken.

Keith is a distinguished graduate of the Aircraft Metals Technology Program from the United States Air Force, where he honed his skills in welding and manual machining. Previously served as a Manufacturing Supervisor at SPS Technologies where he effectively managed the grind and thread department, overseeing a team of over 40 machinists. He is also a current member of the New Jersey Air National Guard, further demonstrating his commitment to service. With expertise in programming and operating both CNC mills and lathes, Keith’s dedication and leadership make him an invaluable asset to our team and the organization as a whole.
